		<description>That topic is awesome! I do agree with you that if we are too reactive with people whom we are angry with definitely creates another trouble. One has to slow down a bit and allow the other person to speak for himself on why he is behaving that way before we give our side. The most common reason why conflict is not resolved successfully is that nobody cares to listen. If we only behave like the illustration you have just described earlier, its true that instead of adding another content to the container forcefully why not allowing the container to vent on its own thus lowering the pressure and in this manner it is easier now to add another liquid. If we are doing against the natural law then that becomes dangerous and fatal.</description>
