Management Tip Audio Interview with Nick McCormick

By Guy Harris

I have just returned from a trip to Denver to lead a Bud to Boss Workshop and I spent a good part of last week helping my daughter prepare for and then move into a dorm to start the new school year. In the midst of all of this activity, I haven't been thinking much about blog posts.

I do, though, have an audio interview that I recently did with Nick McCormick over at Joe and Wanda on Management.

This is a brief (about 10 minute) conversation Nick and I had around one management tip that I offered for his podcast listeners.

You can listen to the interview here.

After I get through catching up on a few pressing issues, I'll be back for a new post.
