The Carrot Principle – Book Recommendation

By Guy Harris

I have had this book for months, and I finally moved it up the queue enough to finish reading it.

I should have finished it sooner. It's full of great insights, data, and suggestions for creating a recognition culture in your workplace.

If you are looking for ways to inspire high level performance on your team, this book is for you.

It is detailed, practical, easy to read, and full of great ideas.

I highly recommend The Carrot Principle for new, aspiring, and experienced leaders.
